Exhibit Information

Exhibit Hours & Availability: Booth setup is Tuesday, May 13 from 3:00 - 10:00 p.m. and Wednesday May 14 before 7:30 a.m. Exhibits will be open Wednesday, May 14 from 7:30 - 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, May 15 from 7:30 - 1:00 p.m. Tear down begins Thursday, May 15 following lunch in the Exhibit hall.

Prizes

We encourage all exhibitors to offer door prizes. Please let us know by May 1 if you will offer a door prize. Each exhibitor offering a door prize will collect business cards at their booth to be used for the drawings. Door prizes will be awarded during lunch on Thursday and during the Thursday evening President’s Reception. Exhibitors may choose when they’d like to offer their prizes (or, you may bring multiple prizes for each event!).

Scholarship Fund

IACO offers scholarships for both 4- and 2- year colleges as well as technical schools. Would YOU consider becoming a sponsor of the IACO Scholarship Fund? Companies donating $500 or more to the Fund will have their logo added to our Scholarship page at www.IACOonline.org.

Guestroom Reservations

Reservations at the Crowne Plaza can be made at https://bit.ly/IACOSpringHotel2025. We do not recommend calling the hotel to make any hotel guestroom reservations. Please note our room block expires April 14. Only reserve the rooms you need - IACO is financially penalized when reserved rooms are cancelled after the block expires if we fall below our contractual room block commitment. If you experience any problems making a guestroom reservation, please contact the IACO office at 217-217-5998.
